New Moon Healing by Ashley’s Policies HOURS My online booking is open to the public Tuesday-Thursdays. Mondays, Fridays and select Saturday’s are appointment only booked through me. My after hour sessions are available to my regular clients first. All cancellations will be posted on my Instagram account after my waitlist clients are notified. A credit card must be on file for all booked appointments to secure your spot and to act as form of payment for my cancellation policies. PAYMENTS I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Credit Card (3.5% fee applies) APPOINTMENTS All appointments are booked through my booking site. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48hrs before your booked appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Your appointments are very important to me and I understand things come up or changes need to be made but please stay within the 48hour window so I have ample time to fill your spot with clients on my waiting list or clients that would like to come in. NO SHOW & SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS 100% of your booked session will be charged with your on file credit card for any same day cancellations or no shows. LATE POLICY If you are 15min or more late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule so it does not affect other clients appointments and you will be charged the full amount of your booked session. If I am able to see you, you will still be charged the full amount of your booked appointment in the time frame that is left. No added time will be added to your appointment. NO JUDGEMENT ZONE I will hold a safe space for you. I have women dealing with mental health struggles, body struggles, mourning losses, all of life’s BS! Please come as you are and release what you need as I work on your body. This is a NO judgment practice. 💕🌿✨
